Sometimes you don't have to go far away to have a relaxing moment. I love to vacation in my own hometown and stay in a hotel, a Staycation. A classic and enrichment hotel is the Grand Hotel, which is truly a gem with its wonderful location and views of the castle and beautiful #Stockholm my hometown!

Most of the rooms at Grand Hotel are spacious and modern especially if you stay in the newer building of the hotel. A #traveltip is if you stay here ask for a room in the newer building as high up as possible cause then you can just jump in the bathrobe and go with the elevator directly down to the SPA, because it's in the same building! Yass!

Fun Fact! Grand Hotel is Stockholm's first real restaurant and is especially famous because the guests could bring their own napkins with them home. Earlier, there was only a towel at the exit that the guests could use...

A Must try! Book a dinner at Matbaren, the chef Mattias Dahlgren really knows how to combine the flavors with wines perfectly and the atmosphere here is relaxed and trendy and the staff are so friendly!

Ibland behöver man inte åka långt bort för att få en avkopplande stund. Jag älskar att semestra i min egen hemstad och bo på hotell, en Staycation. Ett klassiskt och anrikt hotell är Grand Hotel i Stockholm, som verkligen är en pärla med sitt underbara läge och utsikten över slottet, Gamla Stan och vackra Stockholm!

Tips, be om att få bo i den nya byggnaden för om du som jag älskar att SPAa så kan du ha på dig badrocken i hissen och åka direkt ner till SPAet annars får du promenera en bit igenom hotellet för att komma dit. Ett skönare alternativ helt enkelt!

Grand Hotel är Stockholms första riktiga restaurang och är speciellt känd eftersom här fick gästerna servetter med sig hem. Tidigare fanns det bara en handduk som hängde vid utgången som gästerna fick torka av munnen på.. Skönt att det inte är så längre! Har ni bott här?
